First fun thing was that we had an awesome zone conference with one of the 70's! Élder Montoya was so so awesome and the spirit was so strong, it was nice hearing from a general authority. The Torreon mission here isn't exactly the most appealing place to visit, so pretty much no one ever comes to visit us lol. So, for all my buddies serving in places like Rome, enjoy those weekly devotionals with General Authorities hahaha. Anyways he talked about priesthood keys and that we should work hard, even past the last day. Cool stuff.
Other super cool thing is that we finally got Gaby's entire family on date to be baptized!! Gaby is the awesome person that we kinda home-wrecked last week, but she's been killing it in the gospel since. Her sons, Axel and Oscar, have been eating up the gospel too and watched the Restoration. When we came back to their house the next time, they piled us up with questions, it was so sweet. Unfortunately I will not be there for their baptism because...
I'M GETTING TRANSFERED!! After serving a third of my mission in the same church building, I will now be going to open up an area called Vicente Guerrero. It's a mini city with 16,000 people, with probably just as many churches. It's a two hour bus ride from the rest of my district, and better yet I don't think there have been any missionaries there for the past few years, so there will probably be no records or nothing.
The best part of all this is that I will be training there!! I will be taking the bus ride to Torreon tomorrow to meet my baby boy, and then we'll head out to the middle of nowhere to start the grind.
I can't tell you guys how excited I am for all this, but I also would be lying if I wasn't nervous and a little scared out of my mind ahaha. But, I know that despite my inadequacies (my teaching, Spanish skills, etc.), the Lord has put me right where I need to be. I have been prepared for this obstacle and I know that the Lord will be there to help me out.
I wanted to share a scripture, but nothing came to mind lol. Something I did love though was from Sunday school yesterday when we talked about the story of David and Goliath. I had always thought of David as being timid leading up to and during the battle, but after reading it with everyone I found out that I was very wrong. David met Goliath with confidence and faith, knowing from the beginning that, with God, he could beat Goliath.
Apply this with me this next week and take your challenges head on with faith and confidence in God!! He's prepared you guys to be where you are and he will continue to help you if you let him. Love you guys

Hey hey what's up! Hope everyone's doing awesome, I'm so stoked to be here for another P-Day hahaha. This week we had tons of success but just as many problems, I'll just get into it.
Crazy story was that one of the days we went to visit a person named Beatriz. When we got to her house, the door was already open and I could hear kids inside, but no one was answering the door. Right as we were about to leave though, a cop car pulled up next to us and Beatriz got out of the back seat... Fortunately she didn't do anything bad, she was actually the one that called them. We then got into her house, she talked about how dumb the police are, and then told us that today probably wouldn't be the best day to talk. Understandable ahaha
I also got to work in my first area during this week! Even though we're supposed to be covering two areas, we almost never go to Central just because we don't know what's going on down there lol. But we went this week and it was way nostalgic. We will probably not be going back though because we had no clue what to do lol.
Apart from that, we had something CRAZY happen with one of our investigators named Gaby. We met Gaby for the first time like 2 weeks ago. When we visited her a second time this week, we got in and asked her how she was doing. I asked her why she was only just okay and she told us that she had just separated with her husband of 9 years.... Because of us!!!!
They'd been having problems for a while, but when the husband saw us at the first visit we had with her, he told her after that she can't be meeting with us. SO, Gaby being the savage that she is, said that she loved us and what we were sharing, and that if he didn't like it he could just go.
So, he went, and all because he didn't like us missionaries.
Miracle of all this though was that Gaby got to come to church yesterday with her two sons that said they wouldn't be able to come!! AND, during the sacrament meeting, her 16 old son asked me how he could become a missionary someday too. This family is going places and I'm so sad that I'll probably have to leave them next week when transfers come. Oh ya, last Friday we also put Gaby on date to be baptized, what a beast.
Mini spiritual thought is to please just love everyone. Christ could have give us any commandment in the world, but instead he chose his two most important commandments to be Love God and Love your neighbor. Believe it or not, but loving others will make you happier too. Crazy stuff I know. Choose to make peace, choose to love. Those are two things that lots of people need down here.
Love you guys, peace out

Hey everyone what's up, I just typed out an entire awesome email for like an hour, but when I added pics it deleted everything I typed up. I'm still quite peeved but I'll try to give a quick run down of what happened, because there is no way I'm writing all that down again.
We found a sweet new person who basically told us that she wants her family to be baptized into our church because she already knows we're the only true church
Elections happened yesterday so we had to go home after lunch and we did nothing but calls
A bird broke into the church before sacrament meeting. I then air controlled it out with a broom. Video included (of the bird not of me with the broom)
Locked us out of our own room for like 30 minutes because I thought we didn't have the key. After trying to pick it with a paper clip for 25 minutes, I cleaned up the house and found the key. Yay.
Oh ya and June is supposedly the month of the rains. It has proved to be very true and it has rained every single day since June started. Big Yay.
The savior loves you. Use his Atonement. Lmk if you need anything. BYE
