Hey hey what's up, this week was so awesome!! We're doing super good here, this week was so fun. I'm gonna do a highlight reel again cause I'm short on it yet again.
-The elders started calling me el güero elastico and it's been a privilege for sure
-Got to hace some crazy awesome lessons with lots of different people, including one person thats agnostic that comes from a catholic family that's married to his wife that was a jehovas witness, but is now Muslim. There's lots of ideas that go on in a room like that lemme tell ya, but I was impressed to see that the answers that the spirit provided us always came out on top.
-members came with us on lots of lessons, we've been trying tons to work more with the teenagers and the leaders and its helped lots
-3 people that we invited showed up to church while sacrament was in process, so we didn't see them until it ended and it was such a crazy blessing seeing them fulfill commitments and come to church with us
-went on exchanges with elder Garduño, got to learn lots of things from him and share from tips with him.
-we had an awesome pday in companionship which rocked, it was a nice time being able to relax a little bit and not worry about having to help everyone get to a big group pday
The big highlight was easily a meeting we had Sunday night. During our sacrament meeting, the stake called us and invited us to give an hour-hour and a half training to 7 jóvenes that are getting ready to go on missions too. It was gonna be that night and it was a huge miracle because we got to throw it all together in like 30 minutes before it started.
The training went alright, wasn't the best in the world BUT it was so cool to be able to see all these people where I was 2 years ago. They had such a strong spirit and were such a good group.
The 1st stake counselor came in after we finished, and started asking each kid what they learned, and then asked us how our missions have gone. The spirit testified so strongly of everything that everyone said and it was amazing to hear all the questions that they had about going on the mission. All in all, we felt so special to be able to help out all those people.
I testify that the church is true. Jesús is the Cristo. He puts us where we need to be to learn what we need to learn. May we always use our agency to choose his way.
Love ya guys
